Internship Program Overview Accelevation is committed to developing future leaders through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that directly impact business outcomes. As a People Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines while supporting key People Operations initiatives that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success. Throughout the internship, you'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and gain insight into onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compensation, HR analytics, employee lifecycle management, and process improvement.

Your Impact As a People Operations Intern, you will support the Human Resources team by assisting with core People Operations processes that help ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You will contribute to accurate data management, process efficiency, compliance, reporting, and employee support while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR. This internship provides valuable exposure to People Operations, employee experience, total rewards, workforce analytics, and HR process improvement within a fast-growing organization.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities, including new hire preparation, orientation coordination, onboarding schedules, and employee communications
• Assist with employee data entry, record maintenance, documentation management, and employee lifecycle updates within HR systems
• Support offboarding activities and related employee documentation processes
