Summer Intern - Operations Leader - Indianapolis, IN Summer Intern - Operations Leader The Operations Leader Intern is responsible for supporting the operations leadership team by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving efficiency improvements to ensure reliable, scalable day-to-day operations. As an Operations Leader Intern, you will foster employee relations and engagement while coordinating production scheduling and materials, assisting with machine setups and quality inspections, collecting and analyzing shop-floor data for continuous improvement, managing inventory and safety documentation, and communicating issues across teams.
