ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for Summer 2027. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR disciplines, including training & development, recruitment, onboarding and administration support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong interest in Human Resources. This opportunity will be a 10-week, paid internship beginning June 1, 2027.

This internship will be based in Dundee, MI.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Collaborate with HR professionals on initiatives that let you dive into areas such as: Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Inclusion, Employee Engagement and analytics. Will be assigned to a real job/task and expected to make a contribution that will have an impact on the business. Utilize various skill sets/knowledge during day-to-day operations and to achieve team/company goals. Create a presentation at the end of your internship to executive leadership
