JOB SUMMARY

EP&E manages a technology portfolio spanning cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure services. Keeping that many moving parts visible and consistent takes operational rigor — this intern role is a chance to build that rigor firsthand, working across the full portfolio rather than a single initiative.

You'll help EP&E run itself better. That means documenting how the portfolio's processes actually work, building the reporting and dashboards leadership relies on, and researching what other organizations are doing in cloud, network, workplace technology, voice, and infrastructure so EP&E's practices stay current. Your output will be used — process docs that team’s reference, dashboards leadership reads, research that shapes real decisions.
