As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will support a variety of learning and development projects. With your strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, you will develop high-quality learning solutions that enhance performance and drive organizational goals. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly will ensure that you can utilize advanced authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Iorad to develop professional learning content that engages and empowers learners. Your ability to innovate and desire to embrace new technology such as generative AI will support the Learning & Development function in accelerating content creation, evaluating learning impact, and delivering solutions that advance Company goals and Our Why. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are necessary in working effectively with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet learning needs.
