Arthrex Experience Intern

This internship will run from January 2027 – April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective
To support the Arthrex Experience and Communication teams through planning, logistics and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support development, marketing, implementation, communications and sales support to enhance customer experience. Assist AX Marketing Lead in all marketing and communication initiatives. Support in presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc assignments. Collect and present detailed notes for each Health Care Professional (HCP) and Administrator coming to campus to prepare internal stakeholders for on-site meetings. Collect, analyze, and present visit metrics regarding the HCP on-site activities and overall experience. Monitor team inbox and triage requests as needed.
