THE ROLE

We are looking for Operations Interns to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. As an Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of game‑day and event operations, assist with inventory, staffing coordination, and service logistics. This role offers hands‑on experience in large‑scale venue operations while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional fan experience. This internship will last for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills Season. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support gameday and event operations for food & beverage outlets, assisting with inventory control, staffing coordination, and service flow across the stadium. Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control, and timely service during high‑volume events. Analyze sales and operational data to help improve concession efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the fan experience. Assist with vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown for NFL games and special events, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale venue operations. Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Other duties as assigned by management. Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
