What you'll be doing

You'll be the first voice our customer hear during critical situations - handling motor breakdowns, lost luggage and medical emergencies Your calm and confident presence will reassure and support them, helping to find solutions in stressful moments. With expert training and a supportive team, each call is an opportunity to make a positive impact

Working Hours

Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 9 pm) or 4 on 4 off basis (10-hour shifts) Part-time hours considered, discussed with the recruitment team
