Position Summary

Under the leadership and direction of the Procurement Department, this internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable purchasing, sourcing, product development, and supplier management experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Procurement team supports the purchase of complex components, assemblies, finished goods, and services for both new product development and manufacturing operations. This role will provide support and customer service to internal cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with sourcing and corporate procedures. The intern will assist with sourcing activities, supplier quoting, purchase order tracking, and monitoring of materials supporting products in development. In addition, this role will contribute to process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to reduce material and service costs throughout the division. The Procurement Intern will participate in weekly project meetings, quarterly all-employee meetings, and other business meetings while gaining exposure to leadership and career development opportunities within the organization.
