Position Overview

Beam Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and technically curious IT Business Systems & AI Co-op to join the General & Administrative (G&A) Information Technology team, from January through June 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation. The co-op will support a portfolio of enterprise applications that enable Beam's business functions, including Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT leaders to improve reporting, optimize processes, leverage AI capabilities, and drive adoption of key business systems. This position is ideal for a student interested in how technology, data, and AI can be applied to solve real business challenges and improve operational effectiveness.
