2027 Summer Intern, Finance & Accounting Leadership Accelerator

The Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) Internship is a 10-week paid experience that gives current college students hands-on exposure to corporate accounting and finance. Interns are placed within Bristol Myers Squibb’s Global Finance community across a broad range of areas, including controllership, technical accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, global internal audit, and commercial finance. Interns take on real-world assignments and deliver a capstone presentation to finance leadership at the end of the summer. All internships are based out of Central New Jersey. Interns receive mentorship from finance leaders, participate in professional development workshops, and build a strong network across the organization. Top-performing interns will be strongly considered for full-time opportunities in the Finance and Accounting Leadership Accelerator (FALA) upon graduation. Program Dates: Monday June 7, 2027 - Friday, August 13, 2027. Location in the Princeton, NJ area.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled student, on track to graduate by Spring 2028, seeking a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution. Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
