PURPOSE

Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology operations while building industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and project assignments. Work under direct supervision to assist with the ongoing performance, monitoring, testing, and support of the SAP S/4HANA environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the ongoing support and performance monitoring of the SAP S/4HANA environment. Participate in environment setup, configuration validation, testing, and system monitoring activities. Gather, organize, and analyze technical and operational data to support technology initiatives and reporting. Help identify, troubleshoot, and document system issues and assist in developing solutions. Support database management, technology analysis, business analysis, and analytics-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and operational objectives. Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process improvement discussions. Assist with documentation of processes, procedures, testing results, and operational best practices. Contribute to departmental projects and other technology-related assignments as needed.
