Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting intern in our Boston office. They will need to be organized and exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong communication, interpersonal and financial skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among competing priorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Fund Accounting team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives, such as: Enhancing workflows and documentation. Supporting automation or efficiency efforts within accounting processes.

Contribute to ad hoc analyses. Gain exposure to the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations. Observe and support elements of the accounts payable and cash management cycles. Assist with documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls. Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real estate investment structures and fund operations. Qualific
