Project Management Intern (Undergraduate - Summer)

Position Purpose

Job Description

The Project Management Undergraduate Intern will support the Business Implementation & Strategic Initiatives team in planning and executing key projects. This fully remote position may be performed from any of the 50 U.S. states and provides hands-on experience with project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, business implementation, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, deliverables, and action items.
• Participate in project and stakeholder meetings and prepare status updates and project materials.
• Analyze information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in project management, business, operations, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong organization, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong attention to detail.

Posting Pay Range

$16–$23 per hour, based on grade level and experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
