EN — English version About the job This 6-month internship, starting January 2027, sits within the Digital & CRM Export and Travel Retail team, part of Export Market Marketing (Fragrance & Beauty), based at 52 Avenue des Champs-Élysées. You will report to the Digital & CRM Manager and work closely alongside the Digital & E-Retail Project Manager. You will interact daily with Marketing Managers, Area Managers, EU regional teams (eRetail, eCommerce, CRM), Travel Retail operators and e-Wholesale distributors. What impact you can create at Chanel Design briefs and roll out digital activations by campaign to markets and Travel Retail teams. Take end-to-end ownership of e-Wholesale, CRM and Digital topics across 25 Export markets and Travel Retail EMEA. Deploy the e-Wholesale and Digital strategy across the zone. Contribute to new e-Wholesale openings: audits, graphic reviews, eMerchandising compliance with Maison standards. Produce Marketing/CRM performance analyses (reach, engagement, sell-out, product mix, traffic) with actionable recommendations. You are energised by The diversity of missions: digital marketing, CRM, e-Wholesale and project coordination. Interacting daily with 25 Export markets and Travel Retail Europe teams (EMEA). A two-person permanent team, with real autonomy and end-to-end ownership of your topics. Contributing directly to the digital strategy of a luxury Maison in fast-growing e-Wholesale. What you will bring Master 1 or 2 student: business school or university, with a marketing/digital specialisation. A first meaningful experience in marketing, e-commerce or project coordination. Rigour, autonomy and the ability to structure several projects in parallel in an international environment. Knowledge of Digital/CRM levers and KPIs (SEA, social, eMerchandising, CRM) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent professional English, the daily working language; French is a plus, not required.
