Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Enter invoices and related information accurately and timely into customer portals. Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to confirm required information is complete and accurate. Follow customer-specific portal requirements and maintain accuracy across multiple systems and formats. Track invoice submissions and statuses, identify missing information or errors, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain organized records of invoice submissions and supporting documentation. Assist with basic reporting, file maintenance, and other administrative activities supporting the NAM Inside Sales organization. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
