POSITION PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator Intern will support strategic initiatives at the intersection of project management, data, technology, and business operations. Working alongside project managers, data analysts, and business and technical stakeholders, the intern will help coordinate projects, support firm-wide programs, develop reporting for senior leadership, and contribute to AI engagement and adoption initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience with planning and executing complex programs across the front and back office of a leading investment management firm. \n

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate a project from planning through completion by organizing contributors, maintaining the project plan, tracking milestones and risks, and following up on deliverables with guidance from experienced project managers. Support delivery on some of the firm’s largest strategic programs, such as data modernization, by coordinating workstreams, gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows, and helping keep timelines and deliverables on track.
