Within the Transformation Assets team, you will take part in the day-to-day operations, working on project portfolio management, reporting, community engagement and continuous improvement topics. This experience will give you a concrete understanding of how a large company structures, steers and supports its strategic transformations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Portfolio Management Support

Participate in collecting and consolidating project information Contribute to tracking performance indicators, risks and dependencies Prepare the materials needed for portfolio reviews

Reporting & Analysis

Produce and improve dashboards and reports Analyze consolidated data and identify key insights Take part in preparing governance materials

Governance & Coordination

Contribute to organizing meetings and committees Track follow-up on actions decided during various governance bodies Take part in preparing materials and meeting minutes
