Job Description

What You'll Do

Over your 10-week paid internship, our Accounting and Financial Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by handling a variety of tasks. They will prepare monthly journal entries and assist with account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Their responsibilities will include processing accounts payable, generating general ledger close reports, and compiling other essential accounting reports. They will also contribute to quarterly financial reporting by performing tie-outs, quality reviews, and maintaining checklists. Additionally, the intern will support the processing and reporting of benefit plans, patronage transactions, and financial instruments.
