Job Description

What You'll Do

Over your 10-week paid internship, our Lease Operations Intern will learn how to perform critical lease origination processes. They will learn how CoBank interacts with various partners and customers across the Farm Credit System to deliver different leasing products and programs. This intern will gain valuable insight to the workflow and process management across the Leasing organization as well as operational excellence and digital first focused continuous improvement efforts. They will work closely with both our associates and leadership team to identify and deliver on a capstone project related to improving process effectiveness and efficiency.
