About the Role

As a Marketing Intern with Raptor Eats, the dining services provider at the University of Minnesota - Rochester, you will support themed events and social media marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Director of Dining Services and receive mentorship from the Regional Marketing Director. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience while making a meaningful impact on campus dining promotions.

This role requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to work with little to no supervision. You will assist in event planning, content creation, and marketing campaigns to engage students and enhance their dining experience. Interest in sustainability and health & wellness is a plus.
