RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development team is a commercial team, embedded in the brands, whose main role is to drive the global long-term business strategy of our brands, ensuring full alignment with Fashion Houses.

As our Business Development Intern, your main focus will be to support the team to:

Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks.

Run market and competitor analysis

Run in-depth category studies on Make Up and Niche Collections

Consolidate contractual documents (reports, distribution lists)

Coordinate launch needs with 360 teams (samples, assets, mock ups, etc.)

Update global database ensuring constant accuracy of all product catalogs, contact list, brand distribution, etc.

Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations

Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets

Working for Coty within the Global Business Development team means exposure and interactions with many of Coty business units worldwide (Regional and local Marketing), Operating Office, Fragrance and Makeup Global Marketing team, as well as other internal teams such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Media teams based in Paris.
