The European Trade Marketing team is looking for a 6-month intern from January 2027. The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du 4 Septembre 75002).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Trade Marketing Europe Intern, your main focus will be to support the European regional strategy coordination, portfolio management and performance tracking for the Coty Prestige Division.

The team is driving the regional portfolio strategy and planning, aligning market needs with global priorities, optimizing product launches and ensuring effective strategic planning and best-practice sharing across markets.

The team has exposure and interactions with many of Coty business units in Europe (Local Marketing across 5 local European offices), Global Prestige Marketing teams and Operating Office based in Paris. You will work on the full Coty Prestige division with well-known fragrance brands including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Chloe, CK etc. All your colleagues are passionate about Beauty and internationally focused. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, business-oriented team and learn the specificities and business drivers of the European region.

Your responsibilities will include

Be responsible for consolidating and tracking the local launch OCDs, marketing calendars and support plans for the European region on the Coty Prestige portfolio

Support the development and alignment of the European Prestige portfolio marketing plan and guidelines

Facilitate and support the preparation of key meeting presentations, including business reviews and commercial & market presentations

Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

Coordinate post-launch recaps for top priority launches across Europe

Support the Innovation & Valuation report tracking to monitor our innovation performance
