Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

The Tax Technology Intern will be an integral member of the CEI Tax Department, collaborating with tax and technology teams to enhance tax processes through technology. This role offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced tax professionals in a leading corporate tax department.

Responsibilities

Assist with implementing, enhancing, and maintaining technology solutions that support tax processes Build data automations and visualizations using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools Support the evaluation and integration of artificial intelligence technologies into tax workflows Collaborate with tax team members to gather and document business requirements for technology projects Prepare process documentation and user guides for tax technology tools Identify opportunities to improve federal tax compliance processes through technology-driven solutions Collect, analyze, and report data in support of tax initiatives Support and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries Collaborate with team members on ad hoc tax technology projects
