Position Summary

The Marketing & Events Co-op is a year-long, part-time opportunity designed for students interested in gaining hands-on experience across both digital marketing and event management. Working closely with Dentsply Sirona's Commercial Marketing team, co-op students will help plan and execute SureSmile growth initiatives while supporting local field marketing efforts. Each co-op will begin the year with a primary area of responsibility—either Digital Marketing or Event Planning. At the midpoint of the program, the co-ops will rotate responsibilities, allowing each student to gain meaningful experience in both disciplines while contributing to end-to-end campaign execution. This role provides exposure to strategic planning, marketing communications, influencer partnerships, project management, event execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
