What you can expect

From day one, we’ll see you as a full member of the team, and we’ll be counting on your enthusiasm and your clever ideas throughout every stage of the process You’ll support us with administrative processes, from onboarding to offboarding You’ll look after our staff and work in consultation with our works council You’ll assist with data management via our HR system, “People Hub”

Advanced or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Above-average commitment, a hands-on approach and strong communication skills Ideally, initial project experience gained through challenging work placements, for example at a consultancy firm A sociable, organised and reliable personality Very good command of German and English
