We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility. Job Summary This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting, designing and developing business solutions that improve operational efficiency across Supply Chain and Shared Services functions. The intern will work with business and technology teams on projects involving Microsoft Copilot Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other 3rd-party tools. The role combines technology, business analysis, and process improvement to help modernize how work gets done across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions including: Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions. Applications with Power Apps. Automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes. Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI use cases. Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs. Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training. Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.
