As a Law Clerk specializing in litigation and employment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in various aspects of legal research, document preparation, and case management. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal information to assist attorneys in building strong case strategies.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, affidavits, and other supporting documents for court filings.
• Research and assist on complex employment law issues, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits.
• Work closely with attorneys to manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assist with contract review and negotiation for employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents, safeguarding the legal interests of our clients.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files.
• Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
• Monitor court dockets and deadlines to keep the team informed and prepared.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as directed by attorneys.
• Assist in preparing correspondence and communication related to litigation matters.
• Provide general support to attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings.
