In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve marketing

workflows, sales support activities, and team productivity.

• Build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and

playbooks that support regional field marketing initiatives.

• Assist in creating repeatable processes and workflows that increase

efficiency and reduce administrative effort.

• Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar, ensuring campaigns, webinars,

tradeshows, roadshows, and events remain accurate and up to date.

• Support event planning activities by coordinating event briefs, timelines,

attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up processes.

• Help maintain the accuracy of event-related data, registrations, lead

management, and routing activities.

• Organize and manage a centralized library of marketing assets, templates,

best practices, and playbooks.

• Develop target account lists and invitation lists to support strategic

marketing programs, executive events, webinars, and campaigns.

• Assist with campaign reporting, event performance analysis, pipeline

influence tracking, and marketing return on investment measurements.
