The Role

Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Supply Chain Planning Co-op will support key operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain Planning organization. This role provides hands on experience working with Supply Network Planners and Planning Leadership to document processes, improve reporting, establish planning metrics, assess data quality, and identify automation opportunities. The co-op will gain exposure to cross-functional and global supply chain operations while contributing to projects that improve planning efficiency, strengthen process governance, and support future business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in supply chain planning, analytics, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration while delivering meaningful impact to the organization.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Supply Network Planners and Planning Leadership to document, review, and improve supply chain planning processes across multiple business units. Analyze existing planning workflows and identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work. Update and maintain Supply Chain Planning playbooks, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Develop and standardize reporting templates, KPI definitions, and planning metrics to improve consistency and decision making. Assess planning data quality and support initiatives to improve data accuracy, governance, and usability. Create process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge management resources to support onboarding and organi
