Work Term: January - April 2027 As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for the accounting processes for PC Bank and PC Insurance payroll, expense reports and intercompany transactions as well as the month end processes for PC insurance entities. This includes the booking of journal entries, performing monthly reconciliations and processing payroll vendor payments on time and accurately. To fulfill these tasks, the role would require active coordination with Payroll, Treasury , other finance teams and vendors as required \n

The Core Responsibilities of the Job Timely preparation of the bi-weekly payroll journal entries for PC Insurance and PC Bank including the review of the mapping of the payroll register to the correct General ledger accounts. Timely preparation of the bi-weekly Expense reporting journal entries for PC Insurance and PC Bank Performing payroll reconciliations and analysis of the monthly payroll costs and raising issues or concerns to the Director on a timely basis Processing payroll vendor payments in coordination with the payroll, finance and treasury teams.
