Ericsson is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support our Sales Operations team in the US market. This is an exciting opportunity for a current undergraduate or graduate student who wants to work at the intersection of sales process, data, tools, and commercial decision making. You’ll develop hands on experience supporting sales leaders, managing funnel data, and helping improve processes and tools that underpin Ericsson’s customer engagements. What you will do

• Support adherence to the Ericsson sales process by assisting Sales Operations team members with day to day activities, including documenting steps, updating process materials, and helping secure competence activities (training and guidance) for sales process end users.
• Help drive Sales Operations change programs by coordinating meetings, preparing communication and basic project documentation, and assisting project leaders with administrative activities needed to implement process and tool changes.
• Assist with sales funnel management by helping maintain data quality, streamlining access to funnel information, and supporting consistent application
