Position Description Team Presentation and Responibilities Assist the Group Finance Performance team in its day-to-day work, and more specifically on: Analysing assets under management (AUM) and value creation by monitoring portfolio valuations, modelling performance bridges, and maintaining regular exchanges with the Business Units Financial steering and Group FP&A through P&L monitoring, budget preparation, forecast/landing analysis, variance tracking, and overhead cost control Consolidating overall performance by providing a cross-functional financial view across the Group's strategies (Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets) Modelling the strategic trajectory by contributing to the long-term financial plan and growth projections alongside operating teams Monitoring fees and key asset management metrics by analysing management fees, Fee Related Earnings (FRE), and the profitability of the various funds Producing executive reporting by preparing high-value financial summaries for the Executive Committee and governance bodies Transforming and digitalising steering tools by optimising financial models and integrating AI solutions The Group Finance Performance team monitors and helps steer Eurazeo’s financial performance. Its responsibilities include modelling third-party and own balance sheet asset management activities, analysing key asset management metrics, conducting in-depth valuation reviews - including value bridges and portfolio performance drivers - and supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting and forecasting. By joining the Group Finance Performance team, you will become part of a dynamic team helping to steer the Group's financial performance, and you will contribute to a variety of projects. This internship will give you a cross-functional view of the Group's various activities and a solid understanding of financial performance and analytical reporting across private equity, private debt, and real assets. The team is consistently developing its use of artificial intelligence in order to streamline information flows from the Business Units and the portfolio companies, automate time-consuming data collection and consolidation tasks, and gain in efficiency and responsiveness. As part of this initiative, you will help identify use cases, test AI-based solutions and embed them in the team's reporting and steering processes. Candidate Profile Candidate Profile Education: Master's degree (business school or university), with a specialization in finance End-of-studies or gap-year internship Experience and/or interest in artificial intelligence and data tools applied to finance is a plus Prior experience in corporate finance, audit, or private equity preferred Strong interest in financial analysis and modelling Ability to write in English and French Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, financial modelling) and PowerPoint Rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to work with complex data Knowledge of asset management metrics is a plus Eurazeo Eurazeo is a leading global investment group with €37.4bn in diversified assets under management, including €28bn on behalf of institutional and private clients through its private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure strategies.
