What you'll do

As a member of our 12-month Engineering Analysis Industrial Placement Programme, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one.

You'll have the opportunity to

Support structural, modal and thermal analyses of electric motor components and assemblies Prepare CAD geometry for finite element analysis and assess results against engineering requirements Help design tests, fixtures and samples used to validate engineering analyses Contribute to concepts that improve product performance, durability and manufacturability Support material selection, root cause analysis and the production of technical reports and recommendations Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme

Are studying Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Science or a related discipline Need to complete an industrial placement year as part of their course Have a good understanding of mechanical engineering principles and an interest in simulation
