Job Summary

The Intern position will gain hands-on experience that may include research, analysis and providing support to staff within an assigned area of responsibility.Job Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

Assist in the evaluation and analysis of potential M&A opportunities Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis Perform due diligence and support the preparation of financial reports and presentations

Market Research

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the oil and gas sector Analyze competitive landscapes and provide insights on market positioning

Strategic Planning

Support the development of strategic plans and business cases Assist in the formulation of growth strategies and initiatives Participate in the preparation of strategic presentations for senior management

Project Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various corporate development projects Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Communication
