This role blends hands-on experimentation with practical engineering, giving you exposure to the full AI lifecycle—from sandbox prototyping and generative AI model evaluation to packaging, deployment, and monitoring. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and governance teams to learn modern AI engineering practices, contribute to real projects, and help build the foundations that make AI reliable, scalable, and secure. Experiment with Generative AI models, frameworks, and platforms—such as Snowflake, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and others—to explore new capabilities for AI agent automation and intelligent workflows. Design and implement prompt engineering strategies, including advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to improve accuracy and contextual relevance. Evaluate Generative AI applications for performance, cost-efficiency, and ethical compliance, including bias detection and content safety.
