Marketing Intern

At Felix Construction, interns are more than observers—they're contributors. Whether your interests are in Construction Management, Project Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Operations, or another business discipline, you'll gain meaningful, hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals on real projects and initiatives. Since 1987, Felix has been building critical water and wastewater infrastructure that serves communities across Arizona and Texas. Today, we're a 100% employee-owned company and proud recipient of the 2025 #1 Top Workplace in Arizona and the #2 Top Workplace in the USA for midsize construction companies. Our internship program is designed to provide students with practical experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to how a growing organization operates. Interns work directly with experienced leaders, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that prepare them for successful careers after graduation. Whether you're interested in helping build infrastructure, supporting the people and processes behind the work, or exploring where your career interests may lead, you'll leave Felix with real-world experience, professional connections, and a better understanding of how your talents can make an impact.
