Focal Pointe's 2027 Summer Landscape Internship gives you the opportunity to explore the many sides of the professional landscape industry. You'll rotate through different areas of our business, work alongside experienced professionals, get hands-on experience, and see how everything from horticulture and irrigation to construction, design, client relationships, and business operations comes together. This isn't an internship where you'll spend the summer doing the same thing every day. It's an opportunity to see the industry from the ground up and start discovering where you could build a career. Where Will You Spend Your Summer? This internship is based in our Clayton market. You'll primarily work alongside Focal Pointe teams in this market while also having opportunities to connect with other Focal Pointe professionals and interns throughout the summer. What Could Your Summer Look Like? Our internship is designed to give you exposure to multiple career paths within the landscape industry. Depending on your location and rotation schedule, you may experience areas such as: Estate Gardening and Detail Crews Commercial Landscape Maintenance Irrigation and Technical Services Plant Health Care Landscape Construction and Installation Account Management Landscape Design Business Operations A self-selected area based on your career interests Throughout the summer, you'll have the opportunity to learn how these different areas work together to serve our clients and operate a large-scale commercial landscape company.
