Our J-1 Internship Program offers a dynamic, hands-on experience designed for individuals passionate about Food & Beverage and Culinary Arts within a Forbes-level service environment. This 12-month immersive program provides international interns with the opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and learn from industry leaders across our award-winning properties.

Program Overview

12-month placement in Food & Beverage or Culinary operations Hands-on experience in frontline roles, gaining exposure to luxury service standards Rotational job shadowing within F&B outlets or culinary disciplines Completion of a capstone project, presented to the property leadership team Access to on-the-job and self-paced training, including our extensive learning library Opportunities to network with peers and leaders across GATE Hospitality
