This isn't a traditional administrative assistant position. You might help solve a scheduling problem Monday, work on recruiting Tuesday, analyze an operational issue Wednesday, help improve a process Thursday, and be handed a completely new project Friday. The goal is simple: learn fast, contribute quickly, and become increasingly valuable to the business. What You'll Actually Do You'll work across different parts of the company depending on priorities, including operations, customer experience, recruiting, people operations, scheduling, administration and special projects.
