Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life. The Graco Intern Program offers more than just work experience—it’s a chance to make an impact. Machinist Allow machining students to gain manufacturing experience while they are completing their two year Machine Tool Technology degree. Interns will complete special project work support, learn to work on advanced equipment and have the opportunity to run a variety of machines providing Graco machines unload. What You Will Do at Graco Operate assigned machines within department. Learn simple setups and troubleshooting while supervised by skilled Graco full-time machinists. Check parts with hard gauging and CMM. Perform periodic quality checks as described in operation layouts. Package, wash, and deburr as described in operation layouts or otherwise directed by full-time Graco Machinist, Engineer, or Supervisor. Keep a clean and organized work area.
