Quality Engineering Co-op (January - August 2027)

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. The Graco Intern Program offers more than just work experience—it’s a chance to make an impact. The program concludes with a final presentation where you’ll showcase your achievements and the difference you’ve made. What You Will Do at Graco Participate in process investigations by comparing documented Quality Management System (QMS) processes with current practices across multiple facilities Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools. Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes. Contribute to the development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team What You Will Bring to Graco Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing
