Position Summary

Hammes Partners is a private investment platform focused exclusively on the U.S. healthcare real estate market, including investments in existing assets, entitled development projects and adaptive reuse opportunities. Hammes Partners is complemented by the suite of services offered by its affiliates, including Hammes Healthcare, a nationally recognized healthcare industry leader. The Private Equity Analyst Intern is responsible for creating and performing real estate financial and market analysis for the Company’s real estate acquisition, development and investment activities. This position will create pro formas, collect and analyze due diligence information, market analysis, draft investment update reports, and other related duties. The analyst will have the opportunity to analyze healthcare assets in markets across the nation and will work with senior management and a variety of teams, including investments and capital markets, asset management, and investor relations.
