We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Events & Experiences Intern to support the planning and execution of investor conferences, executive-led initiatives, and employee engagement programming. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn end-to-end event production inside a fast-paced, high-touch corporate environment, from early-stage planning through on-site delivery and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate thinks like a host, not just an organizer, and takes pride in getting the details right. This is a part-time internship, approximately 15 to 30 hours per week, designed to provide administrative, logistical, and project coordination support to the Events & Experiences program. \n

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Logistics Support Support end-to-end planning for investor conferences, executive-led initiatives, and internal firm events, including venue research, scheduling, and run-of-show development Build and maintain event timelines, checklists, and task trackers to keep planning on schedule Assist with venue and vendor research (catering, décor, A/V, entertainment) and help evaluate options against event requirements Assist with logistics coordination for select inves
