About this Position What you´ll do Conduct market, application, and competitor research aligned with strategic priorities in automotive components Support strategic projects and transformational initiatives Advance consistency and efficiency for integrated steering and organization Support ad-hoc strategic projects, including business performance analysis, data analytics, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic topics What makes you a good fit Completed a Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field Practical experience in a related field is a plus Strong communication skills in the English language Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills (PowerBI preferred) Strong analytical and research skills with a can-do attitude Interest in the automotive, strategy, and/or adhesives industries Collaborative team player who thrives in a truly diverse team, with excellent communication skills Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting February 2026 for a duration of 3-4 months, ideally Some perks of joining Henkel Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
