What you´ll do As a Product Development Intern in our Packaging Adhesives team, you will: Participate in the development of innovative and sustainable adhesive products tailored to customer and market needs. Support efforts to streamline and optimize the existing product portfolio for improved efficiency and performance. Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, or capabilities for their potential use in packaging adhesive applications. Assist in designing and executing lab experiments to test product performance and suitability. Develop and refine test procedures to enhance product selection accuracy and application effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable product improvements. What makes you a good fit An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 or master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration. Strong laboratory skills, including precision in experimental setup and data collection.
