Collaborate with Key Account Management teams to assess current business performance and identify growth opportunities. Engage with the Strategy & Marketing team to analyze market data, including size, growth, and competitive dynamics. Support the development of a regional strategy to identify and address white spots in OEM coverage and partner with the sales and application teams toward profitable business opportunities aligned with strategic goals. Contribute to enhancing the efficiency of sales projects to increase market share and optimize portfolio coverage.
