About the role

IAA Credit Union (IAACU) is a member-focused credit union founded in 1951 to serve the Illinois Farm Bureau family of companies. The IAACU Marketing Team supports the credit union’s growth, brand awareness, member engagement, and strategic goals through campaigns, communications, events, digital content, advertising, and member education. Marketing works closely with departments across the organization to bring business goals to life through clear, creative, and meaningful communication that informs, educates, and inspires members and employees. In this role, you will

• Assist with social media marketing efforts by helping create content, design graphics, identify target audiences, schedule posts, and track performance and engagement.
• Help coordinate and support both internal and member-facing events through planning, communication, promotional materials, logistics, and on-site event assistance.
• Develop, edit, and proofread content for a variety of communication channels, including websites, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, brochures, and print materials.
• Work alongside departments across the credit union to contribute to projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
