Job Description
Indorama Ventures is currently looking to hire a Summer 2025 Electrical Engineer Intern. Our summer intern program is tailored to individuals who are currently enrolled full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university. The internships run from May to August - dependent on the school calendar. The goal of the Indorama Intern Program is to provide a structured program that will equip interns with the skills and experience to help prepare for a successful career.
Under close supervision, intern will be responsible for providing technical support to assigned area(s). After initial orientation, intern will be assigned to either Project Engineering or Reliability Engineering area. What will be expected from you?
- At the end of the internship, the intern is required to give a project assignments presentation to the Site Leadership Team.
- Support engineers in performance of assignments, both project and day-to-day workings of engineering
- Provide status updates to mentor/engineer on project assignments.
Under management supervision, ensure that activities are carried out to comply with the integrated management system, as applicable (safety, food safety, GMP, health, environmental, quality and responsible care requirements).
