Location: Westchester, IL / Bridgewater, NJ Workplace type: Hybrid The AI Solutions & Value MBA Intern will join Ingredion’s AI for Business Excellence (AIBE) team to help identify, design, value, and deliver AI and agentic solutions that drive digital transformation across the enterprise. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and applied AI, this role is focused on translating ambiguous business problems into well-scoped AI solutions—quantifying the value at stake, shaping the design of agentic and generative-AI-enabled workflows, and helping steward those solutions from concept through implementation and adoption. This role will partner with cross-functional business, technology, and functional leaders to prioritize a portfolio of opportunities, build the business case for each, and support the hands-on design and configuration of solutions. The intern will work alongside AI/ML engineers, solution architects, product owners, and value-stream leaders across functions such as Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial—gaining exposure to how enterprise AI strategy is set, governed, and converted into measurable financial value.
